Delivery & Processing Time frames:

Processing can take 1 to 3 business days, once completed our delivery partner will ship the item straight to you. You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number once your parcel leaves us.

Please be aware that additional customs charges or fees may be payable upon collection of your order. Customs charges or fees are not included or covered by Miharo As Clothing and are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard Shipping New Zealand: 2 - 3 business days (dependent on location) unless purchased on a weekend - Orders are posted on weekdays only.


Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, you can exchange your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or a replacement of your product purchased. To report such a matter, email us directly at info@miharoasclothing.co.nz with your order details and we will be in touch with further steps to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
